(Red Crag Cliffs of Bawdsey) - 2004
Bawdsey once famous for its huge red crag cliffs, however after a decade without washouts and defence work, the cliffs soon became overgrown. Today only a few small deposits can be seen at this end. However since 2002 the North end of Bawdsey has started washing out, a small cliff provides fresh red crag deposits yielding molluscs, shark teeth, fish remains and more.

(London Clay Foreshore at Bawdsey) - 2004
The small cliff at East Lane is far more interesting for its London Clay which can be seen on the foreshore and at the base of the cliff.
